LocalPulse collects account information through Clerk authentication, business profile data you provide, usage metrics, and payment records processed by Stripe. AI requests are sent to Anthropic; do not submit secrets or personal data of third parties without consent.
We use Neon to store application data, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel Blob for optional file uploads. Data may be processed in the United States and other regions where our vendors operate.
You may request access or deletion of personal data subject to legal retention requirements by contacting us from your registered email.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
